My name is Mark Mansingh, and I am an HR, Compliance, and Benefits Business Consultant with Paychex. Building client relationships is critical to me. It helps me understand my client’s priorities and business needs to come up with the best solutions to meet their goals. My passion is working with businesses to problem solve and strategically plan to help accomplish their goals. I have helped over 500 businesses develop systems to help them effectively manage employees, minimize risk, and scale quickly.

I help businesses save thousands of dollars on their health insurance premiums by providing them the ability to be part of a much larger group. I enable business owners to offer big company fortune 500 benefits like 401k, FSA, dental, vision, etc., for a fraction of the cost. And I make sure businesses have compliant job descriptions, a legally reviewed Employee Handbook, and an OSHA safety manual and safety training.

Challenges come with running a small business. While getting a master’s degree in leadership development, I started and ran a successful financial advisory firm for more than 10 years. I personally faced similar issues to many of my clients. Having a staff of less than twenty finding reasonable benefits at a reasonable cost was tough without the help of partnering with a company like Paychex. I was in the financial industry, so I understood the importance of compliance, but I did not understand all the human resources compliance until owning and operating my own business. Even once understanding how much there was, it was near impossible to keep up with while running the daily operations of my business.

That is why I came to work at Paychex. I want to help other businesses in similar situations.
