I am an HR, Compliance, and Benefits Business Consultant for Paychex. I help businesses navigate the ever changing climate of HR in California while also helping them save thousands of dollars on their benefits and workers comp insurance premiums through one of our many programs available. I enable business owners to offer big company fortune 500 benefits like 401k, FSA, dental, vision, etc., for a fraction of the cost. I make sure businesses have complaint job descriptions, legally reviewed Employee Handbooks, and an OSHA safety manual and safety trainings.

The biggest strength I have when working with clients now and before Paychex is listening to my clients to propose the right program for their business’ needs. I’m a true believer that one size DOES NOT fit all. ONE SIZE fits ONE!
